Who We Are

The Lighthouse Management affiliated companies have two offices, one in Rochester and one in Buffalo, serving all of upstate New York From Niagara Falls to east of Rochester.

Lighthouse Management Partners, Inc. services Niagara and Erie Counties covering Niagara Falls, NY and Buffalo, NY. The office is managed by Christopher Valentine, Licensed NYS Associate R.E. Broker. It is co-owned by Scott Seppen and Christopher Valentine.

Lighthouse Management LLC services the greater Rochester area. It is owned and managed by Scott Seppen, Licenced NYS R.E. Broker.

Together, they presently manage more than 1000 units in the Western NY area, working with clients from all over the world, including England, South Africa, and Hong Kong. Both companies are individually Licensed NYS Real Estate Brokers and members of their local real estate boards.
