Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

If payment is not received by the 10th of the month, a  late fee can be assessed.

If you need special payment arrangements, please contact our rent collectors in ROCHESTER Jeff or Janet at 585- 544-5649 and in BUFFALO Chris at 716-880-0780. They will record your payment arrangement so that we are aware of your plans.

Also, if any circumstance occurs that prevents you from making your rent payment on time, please call us. We are happy to work with you as long as we have communication with you.
