RENT COLLECTION
Rent is due on the first of the month. If rent is not paid by the 10th, a late fee is assessed.
Our rent collectors call or visit tenants who have balances due all through the month. We encourage tenants to talk with us about what they can pay and when. We will work with them as long as it is a plan that works to get the tenant caught up.
